| GOTW #17 Clemson @ #6 North Carolina - The red hot Tarheels look to keep their winning streak alive as Coach Goat takes on a big ACC rival. Shaun Draughn has rushed for 1000 yards allready this season and their goal line bowling ball Ryan Houston has recorded 10 TDs. #16 Illinois @ Purdue - Coach Kelley looks to avenge a loss last year at home to Purdue. All eyes will be on Eddie McGee to get it done from the QB position because a depleted list of running backs has the offensive focus shifted to their passing offence. Their defence is lead by sophmore LE Glenn Foster who has 17TFL and 7 sacks on the season. HEISMAN The Heisman Race is heating up and all of the candidates had terrific games last week, making it even more interesting. Bradley McDougald comes off a terrific preformance proving he can do it all. His missed field goal touchdown return was one of the best plays we've seen this season, keep your eyes on #9. While in the west, the Rodgers brothers remain in the race, Jacquizz hanging onto his #1 spot on the list, with a 350 yard 5TD all purpose preformance. 1) RB Jacquizz Rodgers OR ST 2) WR Bradley McDougald KU 3) QB Kale Cooper KU 4) RB Brandon Bolden MISS 5) WR James Rodgers OR ST | |

| #9 Oregon State 7-1 smacked the hell out of Washington 2-7 ,tonight in Corvallis, 52-14. James Rodgers took back the opening Kickoff 104yds for a score and the route was on. Only one problem,Star Running back and Heisman leader, Quizz Rodgers was knocked out of the 1st quarter and the game, with a strained back. James stepped up in his brothers stead, breaking Two school records in the process. James broke the Oregon State record for receiving yards in a game with 300yds, and for receiving Touchdowns in a season with 15TDs. James already owns the career receiving TDs school record with 26TDs and counting. Boy are the Beavers gonna miss these talented brothers when they are gone. Young QB Katz, was virtually flawless throwing for 6 Touchdowns and completing 76% of his passes. This team is really starting to roll! Look out! | Behind the Work of T-N-T, TCU scores 23 unanswered points to beat a pesky Re Raiders Team 43-21
Timmons (Frosh RB) Lubbock--
After struggling to get any momentum, by haveing turnovers in the first half, and Andy Dalton going out tf the game with an injury. The burden was put on Tucker and Timmons in the second half to get things going.
And they did just that...rushing for over 300 yards combined and 4 TD's (Tucker with 3) Both backs provided the spark when needed, as the defense held their own in the second half, shutting down the potent red-raider attack.
Timmons played a huge role, while scoring 2 total TD's. Tucker goes out with a sprained back, and Timmons takes over and rushed for 97 yards and a TD, and catches a 35 yard TD pass in the 4th quarter to seal the game. Lookout for the stud freshman in years to come!

Clevmire, that msg you sent me on PSN - how drunk are you? You had a bye week how would it say you played 15 times? He was in the midst of moving back to college. So he has been been pretty busy the last several days. Looks like he is doing his stuff as we speak. Once he gets settled back into his dorm room, he should have no problems with his duties lol

| Rebels Survive A Defensive Battle In Knoxville 38-33
Coach Macc's Rebels started their three game road trip against Tennessee today and it turned out to be one of the best games in the rivalries recent history. In what turned out to be a defensive battle for field position, the Rebels high powered offence wasn't kept silent, just a bit more quiet than usual. What won the game for the Rebels? Solid defensive pressure all day and the presence of Brandon Bolden to wear down the Vol defenders.
One what would be the game changing play, the Rebels scored as Bolden piled behind his linemen for the 4 yard score to put his team up 31-27 late in the third. On the ensuing kick off, the Rebels special teams took the field with authority and forced a fumble that sophmore Dime Back CB Julian Whitehead took in for the scoop and score making it 38-27.
The Vols were destined to move the ball, however. They could nearly not be stopped. Their QB Lamaison put up the season high in yardage against the Rebs D, 307 yards and would not be stopped. PURE ROBO QB!!!! The Volunteers had it in them to win this game but the smooth, collected play calling of Coach Macc didn't allow them to steal this one. SOFT PICK'S, UNREALISTIC STUFFING RUNS.
The Volunteers marched right down the field to make the game 38-33 after they missed their two point conversion to put them down by only 3. This put the ball back in the hands of the Rebels who pounded away at the Vol D with Brandon Bolden notching a first down and causing the Vols to use all of their time outs. The Vols however did force a punt and had the ball down 5, with a chance to win as their QB Lamasion wouldn't miss.
The Rebels D stood tall, however and proved their one of the best in the country lead by Kentrell Lockett who had 8 tackles 3 going for a loss on the day. Lamaison threw the ball in the endzone on fourth and long after a penalty on the Vols and it fell incomplete, giving everything but a few QB kneels to end the game, 38-33.Brandon Bolden earned POTG honors despite being quieter offensively today than he'd been all season.
OFFENSIVE STANDOUTS Passing Ray Cotton 23-35 330 yards 2TD 4INT Rushing Brandon Bolden 21 Rushes 74 yards 1TD Receiving Tray Talbot 4 Catches 102 yards 1TD Brandon Bolden 5 catches 74 yards 1TD
