I'm an 8th seed as well...and some dude that beat me by a fluke fieldgoal is a 1st seed....wowsers

The #5 Oregon State Beavers treated the #20 USC Trojans like whack-a-mole, everytime the Trojans peaked their head up and looked like they were coming back, The Beavs took a swift mallet to their dome, finishing them off 44-17. The Beav's Defense Held the Trojans to under 115 yards of Total Offense, recording 10 sacks, 1FF and an INT. Michael Muse led the D once again with his team leading 11 tackles with 8TFL and a whopping 8 sacks....imagine if he would have played the 4th qtr. Muse broke the career NCAA sack mark, held by Illinois DE Standout Mike Sharp. RS-SO QB Chris Richards bombed all day, completing 57% of his passes for 469 yards and 3 TDs with only 1 Int. Richards added 35 yards on the ground. Richards broke Ryan Katz's team record for passing TDs in a season(43). SR HB Calvin Watkins was knocked out for the game early on, but he did manage to score once on only 4 carries for 41 yards. Reggie Rowe continued his assualt on the Beavers record book, hauling in a team high 11 receptions for 166 yards and 2 scores. Coach 9's has a bye week, to see if his squad can finally figure out how to beat the Hated Ducks at Reser. One injury note: Starting K/P Roy Mitchell will be out of action for 9 weeks with a broken tibia. The Beavs must rely on the leg of RS-JR Kicker Terry Johnson, who has never attempted a FG or a punt in competitive play.
