| Time frame....letter of intent day is this WED, once your team has signed recruit, you can post the 5 players your adding...they will be RS the first year, you will set up your recruiting board, and let the CPU recruit the 1st season for you, as we will SIM through 1st season...you can use team builder to tweek your team, combat, please keep it as close to realistic as possible....we will dicuss your recruits and ratings you come up with to make sure no one has issue with how you rated out a player....6min qt...Heisman open slider suggestions, i would like them to be tough since were going to have good teams....no recruiting limits the first season since CPU will be doing it, but 2nd year it will be SR +3... 2-3 user games a year....adv at a friendly pace...TUE/THUR/SAT (if you would like it slower that is fine)any other thoughts...

is just as simple... yea I know..but If i post the list for every team, we can all see who is gonna be put on the game, and make sure the stats are not inflated. Just an accountability action I guess.

well i think this is how it will work...have you downloaded them into your EA locker?...if so, once we have a set of guidlines in place, and you have your 5 recruits you want, you can add them to your roster with rankings...and once we are set, commish will download team from your locker, go over it to make sure it's legit, load into into the OD, and send out invites.

this may be more work then you want to do...but I created my Ducks on the TEAM Builder site...auto named them, and now going through and changing names, numbers, size, skin color etc...along with ratings...that will match up with what 9's has his most current version of the Ducks rated to match...it's time consuming, but I'm wierd and like doing it...they don't have to be exactly like what 9's has, but if he has J Masoli rated at 88 max I will do my ratings to make sure it ends up at 88...

| any new news on this OD we were talking about.
If so..I think I am going to make my own Ohio State team, like scott is with Oregon, and try to edit the unis and use Luvs roster that I have in the game, and just manually change the roster on teambuilder website, so the commish can just download the team off my name

| Found this website, that can help with roster editing if need be on the Teambuilder. If you know your team well enough, you can easily put the players on the rosters that actually play, and are not walk-ons. This has full rosters for all teams. http://www.ncaafootball2010.tk/ | |

| hey scott, how did u go about adding new recruits to your temabuilder team.
Did you just have to find a "Senior that graduated" and change his class to Freshman, then edit after that?
Or can you add players on that site. I got most of the uniforms done, and am working on the roster edits from Jesse's file that I have on my ps3.

| To make your recruits, yeah you'll just replace a senior who will be gone. | |

| are we using ESPN as the source to pick our recruits and ratings?
Also when replacing a Senior, does it have to be at that position that u replace the freshman?
I guess you have to if you are messing with your team on the Teambuilder site, because I can't figure out how to change the position on there when editing.
Any idea? | |

| Don't think you can change positions on the builder website.
So I just added 5 recruits in the place of 5 seniors where I best figured these freshman would become valuable a year down the road or so. The only thing is that when we start I think all freshman (whether they are redshirted on the orginal game or not) will ALL be TRUE FROSH when we upload the teams to start the OD.
If this is the case. what should we do?
p.s. according to ESPN the best recruit we got was a RB. And I dont have any Senior RB's so I can't plug him in.

| I'll take a look at team builder later buc and hopefully will be able to help you out. But I don't think were using ESPN I think Chris had a better idea. Espn would work tho because they grade out of 100 but I guess it wouldn't be fair for teams like mine (USC) and your Bucks coz our recruiting class is retarded so well have to figure out a way to keep it fair. | |

| I would say that if your recruit it a top 15 player you can rate him at a max of 85...and use common sense when applying the rating numbers....if he is a QB and speedy, keep his speed rating under 90...if he is DE max 85 speed, WR max speed 95 same with a RB...you know if he more of a speed back or power back, and do ratings accordingly...if you rectuit is a Rivals 15-35 max 84, 36-50 83, 50-75 82, 75-100 81, 100-150 80...I think we all have a pretty good idea about what is realistic, and non't want to make it too confusing, but you get the idea...Bucc do you have the time or interest to be the commish of this bad boy, I just don't have the time right now... | |

| I'm thinking about it. My schedule is variable right now, between getting called to substitute teach, and my evening job right now. Sometimes I get real busy, other times I sit at home lol.
Need to get some verifying input on whos in on the OD, and they need to post their recruits they want put in the rosters, and I can do them manually in the game. And then just download the teams for whoever made them through the website.
