Now I know Kooken got screwed out of winning his Bowl Game so that reflected his post-season ranking. So I think it would be most fair (judging by his resume with TWO National Championships) that he could have first pick if he wants to change schools. But here is the order.
#1 TCU #2 ILLINOIS #3 NORTH CAROLINA #4 PITTSBURGH #6 OREGON STATE #7 IOWA #8 CINCINNATI #11 KANSAS #13 OLE MISS #15 AUBURN MARYLAND
Keep in mind, the school you pick must be 4* or under and check the criteria for powerhouse teams. I'll update later which of those are availible.

I know this is irrelevant right now..but Ohio State, Va Tech, and Neb, are all 4*...heres to hoping they get the crap beat out of them LOL
