Florida State get's coach Harbaugh his first win as a Seminole, beating Stanford 26-7....behind the legs of K Brewster 32 carries 158 yards and 2 TD...and the solid play of FR QB Covasi Parrish...you NCAA fans may remember is older brother, Tanquary that stared at Auburn under Coach Harbaugh...Went for for a modest 6-16 80 yards but two big TD pass to SR TE Erik Wright for the big Win...
*any suggestions...not sure what the hell is going on but i can't punt of kick a fg/xp without either my holder or punting going for a fake? i checked my R2 button and it didn't appear to be stuck...anyone ever expirience this? really pissing me off

The #10 Oregon State Beavers hung on tonight to defeat the #7 Texas Longhorns, 35-28. Beavs star Running back Jamar Lane was knocked out of the game in the beginning of the 3rd quarter, but RS-SR RB Michael Ward stepped up for 111yds and two TD's. Starting QB Ryan Gates again struggled, only completing 48% of his passes and throwing a Int. On the bright side Gates receivers had 5 drops among them(not sure if that is good news). Gates has been Coach 9's starter for 3 years now, but he is getting close to being pulled for young phenom and former Rivals and scout.com#1 rated QB , RS-FR Grant Harvey. Terps Move to 2-0
College Park, MD - The Maryland Terrapins improved to 2-0 behind yet another stellar game from their defense and a marginal, at best, performance from their offense. Pitt jumped out 3-0 early and would take a 20 to 17 lead the locker room thanks to three first half turnovers by the Terps, two interceptions and one fumble by Jason Bennett. However, the second half was an entirely different story. The Maryland offense played smart in the second half and took care of the ball. They put up a field goal and a touchdown to win the game 27 to 20. "Our defense didnt give up a point in the second half, honestly they were never even in danger of getting scored on that I recall, our offense didnt turn it over and put them in bad situations and they showed why they are best defense in the nation," said Coach Jeff Hickerson.
The Terps offense was led the entire game by Mitchell Hopkins until he went down in the fourth quarter, on the last possession, and then Chase Freeman took over. Freeman was a transfer and sat out last season. This is his last year of eligibility. He made his opportunity today count. He led the Terps down field to a score with 1 minute remaining that would prove to be the difference. "Freeman only completed one pass, but boy was it a big one, we dont have that thrid down conversion in the last drive, and we may not be standing here victorious today," said Hickerson.
The Terps travel to North Carolina State next week to open up ACC play.

The Bulldogs host rival South Carolina and three BIG recruits and come away with a huge victory 45-14.
Coach Macc's very first taste of the rivalry was sweet, his boys looked to be in mid-season form through out the entire second half. The defence was on fire, young freshmen were making big plays offensively and the offence's glue WR Antwan Bryant had a terrific 7 reception 97 yard day with 2TDs. Freshman QB Lamar Herron was PERFECT all game, throwing 16/25 for a modest 164 yards 3TDs without a turnover. His other touchdown, he connected with freshman WR Blake Jones by far the nicest throw on the day, leading Jones perfectly into the endzone for a 26 yard strike to kick off the third quarter.
"We built a ton of momentum going into the second half, our 12th man was unreal when we came out of the tunnel the second half, Lamar lead the team in a way I've yet to see this year. He was fired up and really wanted this rivlary win and he went out and did just that. I mean, to find pay dirt three times in the air without turning the ball over in one of our most coveted rivalries? This kids going to be good and we'll see if this leadership continues in practice next week because we'll need a big game out of him against Oregon State," Macc said.
Freshmen playmakers seemed to be the common theme of todays victory and only time will tell if this much youth can continue to produce. The defence was anchored by freshman FS Jake Jackson who lead the team with 11 tackles 4TFL and 3 sacks. Jackson played like a man possessed and a heavy pass rush from RE Matt Wesley 6 tackles 2TFL all afternoon helped Jackson smash the ball carrier from that side. Jackson played like a fifth year senior today and Coach Macc will certainly hope he continues to play at this level.
The Bulldogs hosted three HUGE recruits that all sported the Georgia Red this afternoon at the game. Indisclosed about who those three are but thankfully they all have UGA as their #1 according to rivals.com. SICKEMDAWGS!

Buckeyes Manhandle West Virginia in 2015 Home Opener 41-14:
Early on it looked like the Mountaineers had upset on their minds playing strong and opening the first quarter with a 3-0 lead. However, that lead would be short-lived as the Buckeyes dominated for the final 3 stanzas.
Trailing 3-0 the home fans were looking for a spark, and they found it in Freshman WR Brian Harris, who came out of nowhere and had a huge SR high school season and burst onto the recruiting radar late in the off-season, luckily the Bucks got him. They loved his speed and work ethic, and it showed today. His 97 yard Kickoff return for a TD led the charge for the rest of the game.
With Starting QB injured for three quarters, the Bucks relied on the running attack of Davis and Brock..while neither broke the 100 yard marker, they each had 14 carries. combined for 115 yards. Brock had 2 TD's while Davis pitched in one. Sophomore WR Palmer had a great day catching 3 balls for 103 yards and a TD, which came in the ticking seconds on the first half for 42 yards.
Defensively the SilverBullets played hard, forcing a fumble, and grabbing 2INT to frustrate the West Virginia offense all day long.

This week Oregon hit the road to face coach santanas previous team.. all week in kansas they talked about nothing but beating thier former coach and proving to him he should have stayed..In the first quarter after going 4/5 All american qb Atari West would exit the game with a bruised shoulder and in would come redshirt freshman D.J Landry... he would come in and finish off the drive with a td pass to bradford 7-0 Oregon.. On thier first drive Kansas qb Nick Charles would hook up with wr L.Moore for 60 yds to tie it up 7-7..then oregon back howard would fumble and Kansas would scoop and score 14-7 Kansas. Oregon would drive and tie the game up 14-14 end of 1st quarter. the second quarter the teams would trade touchdowns on every possesion. The Oregon Defense finally got a stop towards the end of the hald the Ducks would drive and score..35-28 DUcks at the half.. The quarter would be a turnover fest.... first drive Oregon qb gets sacked and fumbles.. then Kansas qb throws and int.. then Oregon qb throws and int.., Then Kansas back ed mac truck would fumble.. the chain would finally end when howard breaks off a big run to put the ducks up 42-28... but Kansas wanst dont yet.. on the next kick off ed mactruck would return the kick 102 yards to bring the jayhawks back within 7 42-28 Oregon. On the next drive oregon back howard would fumble AGAIN..Kansas would drive and score to tie the game at 42 each.Enter the fourth quarter .Oregon would open the quarter with a drive and score to retake the lead 49-42.. The oregon defense would get a stop and oregon would drive an score a fg after being stop by the kansas d 52- 42 Oregon..but kansas was not done fighting Charles would lead them down the field and score 52-49.. Kansas would attempt an onside kick but Oregon recovers and with time ticking away would score the last td to end with the w 59-49.."it was a hard fought game.. im happy to see those guys again and kno that are still tough... They wanted to beat us bad but we hung in there and we kept fighting.. I dont like being in scoring fest like this ther was what 108 points scored total? I would like ot see more defense from out squad we have given up way too much points in these first 2 weeks but we are gonna adjust and get better.. I just wanna say big ups to Kansas it was a classic.." Coach Santana leaves with the w in high scoring style 59-49
Key Stats
Oregon QB DJ Landry 21/27 212yds 4 tds 1 int Hb Mike Howard 19 att 127 yds 3 td Hb Deonte Fisher 8 att 108 yds 1 td Wr Dj Jordan 8rec 134 yards 2 yds.
Kansas QB N.Charles 16/28 337 4 td 2 int hb Ed Mcuntyre 17att 85 yds 1 td..kr 7 ret 269 yds 1 td
