2019 Week 7 Discussion

Sorry for advancing on you, Chris. It was a long weekend for everybody and you were the last one up, 9PM for an advance... anyone that gets on today can play. And now you're up with Goat whose usually on only around then and not too too late, would've waited to get your game in. Hope you understand - you had a great recruiting week, no injuries (besides the three I made sure were on the IRL before I simmed) and a win against WF. Sorry again.

With that being said, the ACC will heat up in an important but not imperitive season meeting - but we all know these teams will meet again in the Championship Game to see who takes alllll the marbles.

North Carolina has had some ups and downs at the quarterback position, but the depth on Coach Goat's bench shows nothing but promise as RS JR Jake Thompson takes over the duties of signal caller and has an impressive, steady preformance the past few weeks. Thompson takes over for RS FR LeMarcus Stiles who has shown signs of inconsistency and inexperience through the first quarter of the season. Ever so deep at running back, the Tarheels always seem to have an All American leading the way...IF NOT TWO! Jarvis Redwine and Braylong Rutledge split carries and Redwine seems to be the game breaker then the Heels are in need. The always powerful defensive front-seven for the Heels are anchored by senior team captain MLB Josh Thomas "Mr Do It All Linebacker". The Heels depth and speed in the receiving corps may cause problems for the Seminoles secondary.

With that being said, Florida State runs a powerful offence isolating All American wideout Kasen Williams. While the Seminoles do a great job of spreading the ball around, it's no question Tate Jones who takes over as the teams starting QB loves to get him the ball. Carrying the load running the ball? Legendary Chris McCulley's son - Zayne. McCulley's a known Florida State booster who likes his football and drinks two at a time. Zayne has shown flashes of brilliance in all areas of his running ability and will be an x-factor in keeping a Tarheel defence in check. Defensive Captain Dale Pitts may be the nations best strong safety and will be a certain high NFL draft selection next year. Pitts possesses the position awareness of an NFL vet and seems to always be in the right place at the right time in pass protection. Jake Thompson will certainly have to keep an eye on Coach Gruden's best defensive player.

not trying to be a dick or a cop or anything of the like...just noting Fox had a double restart on his game......I guess its up to the masses...but at the very least he has exhausted his restarts for the season...ok...just saw his power went out

well, its official. i'm fucking done. i can't deal with this EA bullshit anymore. after i threw my 6th interception of the game, (four on consecutive attempts), i ejected my disc and drove a phillips head screwdriver into it. no, i'm not kidding.

just ended up with a game winning fg on NC...Goat I imagine you had some lag...as you got dis connected with 1 min left...NC jumped out to a 10-0 lead behind some great db work, nice call macc...came back late, behing my beast of a son zayne mcculley to get close 10-7...then a fg with a min 30 left tied the game...goat first possession was a int, imagine lag infected...as he was dis connected the next play...ran it 3 times and kicked fg to win with no time...goat if your not fine with me playing it out let me know...gg my man, your d is special....

i know how you feel...how many picks did i throw?....swear had guys open and your db would jump the route...it was really frustrating...

i think he is serious about destroying his game....and I doubt he wants to pay EA twice

don't worry about goat....once he pulls the screwdriver from his eye he will be back...ACC style...don't mess around...best conf in this OD....

Pac-10 is looking pretty strong....#3 Oregon undefeated, #5 Oregon State undefeated, unranked Stanford undefeated

Can't forget bout us big 10 guys back to back natty champs. Very strong I must say recently we have to be up there at the top

jesie is correct. i don't think i have enough solvent to put together the fragmented disc. and gruden, just so you know, you did zero wrong. i just can't deal with this game anymore. user games should be fun. but instead, they are clusterfucks. being that sliders cannot be adjusted, the interceptions are beyond fucking ludacris. being i couldn't run the ball (i think i had negative yards), i didn't have a whole lot of options.

i still want in when ncaa 11 comes out. but, i just can't deal with this years version anymore. its gotten to the point where i dread user games. they're not even fun anymore. every time my qb releases the ball its like a flipping a fucking coin. i have no fucking clue where the ball will end up. i've really wanted to call it quits for a couple of months now, but i really did enjoy all of you cats in the dynasty. thats the only reason i hung in as long as i did.

and no, i did not disconnect. i merely ejected the disc. placed it on an empty pizza box. withdrew the phillips head from the draw, and thrashed it as if i was auditioning for a remake of "psycho".

assuming i am permitted, i'm not going anywhere. i will still lurk, follow, and drop an occasional one liner when the opportunity presents itself. again, i would like to reiterate, i want in the dynasty when 11' drops. i've just had my fill of this past version.

i hear ya goat..it is silly when you have 5 int, and i have 4 i think or something like that??...i was scared shitlles to throw the ball...esp playing at your house...the diff was i was able to run the ball with some luck.

according to Ryno at Tradition Football...Yes!..and we havent gotten word back from EA via maccs letter to them....and I have a few offers on the table from kids that have contacted me to try to get me the game early....all points point to it happening....but you never know....I'm optimistic

i would, just for the integrity of the dynasty, but i can't. my disc is gone. hmmm, maybe i'll look into renting a copy when the title game rolls around. i'm certainly not buying another copy.
