Draft Order Idea

Order
Ok here is my 2cents on how we do drafting of team....guys with NC will get first pick...those playin in NC next, then the final group put into a hat and randomly picked....for example
1-Coke
2-Bucc
3-Goat
4-Gruden
5-K
6-9
rest thrown in a hat picked and placed

Teams Available
Any team 4* and under

Conf Set Up
Two in each conf...split for those with Conf with Championship games...If someone wants someone not in a BCS Conf they will be allowed to be moved to a conf that makes sense and helps to fill out a balance schedule...

open to any suggestions...

i like it...the users thrown into a hat, there is actually a draft randomizer online you can use, I have used it before when I was a commish in 09...it will do it for you..pretty cool.

I think a poll needs to go up for the custom conferences thing.

lol..no I just recall not everyone being on the same page as far as customizing the conferences. I don't have a problem with it...but I also understand the point of...."lets keep it as real as possible"

I would want Houston in the Big 12, or Fresno in the Pac-10..so I dont mind either way....i might just take Baylor too lol

if we do allow conf movement...tiatan maybe you can answer, who are Midd Tenn State Rival?....it would be cool if they did move into the SEC that Tenn would become a rival game...if we do allow conf movement we have to be thoughtful to which teams we replace them with....for instance, if someon takes UW, and you replace WSU with Hawaii this could be a issue in regards to UW losing a rival...

true, I had that trouble with TCU..my rivals being OOC games...

We can test it as we wait for the rosters, once the game releases. To see if your rivals become the rivals of the team you replaced, or you keep the same rivals regardless of conference.

i.e....Bowling Green replaces Ohio St in the Big 10...does Bowling Green now have Michigan, Penn St as their rivals or do they keep their originals??

It would make sense, I'd like to run as ateam in a conf I've never played before... ACC would be cool but i'd have to duke it out with mr. Goat so that's enough to rethink.

well the vote on the draft is 4-2 so thats 6 of 9 i dont kno who hasn't voted but we need to decide.. i like the nc appearnces n wins should have a profound affect on who picks and in what order... but the verdict isnt in yet i dont kno who hasnt voted yet.
