We actually have not implemented a rule on this. I would maybe like to see us do this...to get fresh faces in the Heisman race, etc...

May be a good topic to discuss, I know alot of OD's have some restrictions on who you can talk into staying..

I say any JR or above that has

1- Won Heisman, or any other award & is rated 90-95 or above...

yea one online dynasty i was in previously had a team with like 4 99 rated players and it was rather disturbing and unfair that he had a 99 wr a 99 rb a 99 qb

i agree, that is a good idea bucc and greyif a guy has won a heisman then i think maybe we should not be allowed to talk them into staying.. or i say maybe 95 overall we cant talk them into staying? 90 may be a little low... and i dunno abotu ANY award, i think maybe just heisman... maybe if he has won an award twice or something, be kinda hard to keep up with though...


As far as all Q4TB team... the only guy i would have that MAY even be considered is Caleb Porzel from maryland, RB/KR... he won the returner of the year award once for me.. the only award one of my players has EVER won lol... and he caught passes, and was extremely fast... dunno his stats though, he was in the heisman race one year...

MTSU is up 17-14 on Toldeo midway through 3rd.

yea i like the idea of not being allowed to talk a junior who is 95 and up into staying. bc thats usually automatic nfl draft. plus would make that person scramble to fill holes in the 5 week offseason recruiting. sense of urgency.

do you think we can take a vote on this? (sorry i know im new, not trying to dictate anything. just wouldnt mind some kind of cap)

MSTU defeated the Toledo Rockets 31-21 in the EagleBank Bowl to conclude the 2012 season with a record of 7 and 6. Here is Coach Hickersons post game statement.

Feels good to win, feels great to get another Bowl Victory for the program and continue to move forward. Builds confidence for next season, and let me tell you, gives me one hell of a decision to make on who this teams starting quarterback is going to be. Zach stepped in and played about as good as we could ask this year. He was very inconsistent at times but thats expected from a young guy like him, him and Logan will battle it out over the spring and summer and it will be fun to watch.
This game was big for our running game, we still didnt quite reach that ellusive 100 yard mark, but we are getting there, this game should carry some confidence over for the O line and both of our running backs.
Receiving we are gonna lose a few good ones, Jamar, great deep threat, Harold is a speedster, and Tavarres is one of the best slots I have coached, we are gonna miss all of them. With that being said, I definitely believe that "hollywood" Chuck green si ready to elad that group next season.

As far as next season goes, we are really looking forward to it and will get to work on it immediately, we return a lot, we lose one lineman, 3 receivers on offense. Defneisvley we lose, a corner a safety, a d tackle and a d end, so we have a core group coming back and hopefully soem of our freshman will be able to do what is expected of them when they get here. We also have the transfer from Auburn that we are extremely excited about that will be able to play next season. He will have a couple years to play for us and he will step in perfectly.

Buc, the user game, and Mydas(what is his status?) left.... cant wait.

by the way...do you guys have a policy about renaming a player? Theres a freshman running back i wouldnt mind giving a cooler name. Not a large group of guys. just one player.

thatd be sweet, i think grey said he isnt available until after 5 though, i really hope there are a couple new guys in this class that wanna come play ball for me... i could really use a couple offensive playmakers at wide out..

im still at work. i actually do video interviews for a company called TrueGame Headz and i got called to cover the NBA2K11 launch tonight in New York at 7pm. So i cant get my game in before then. I should be done by 8:30pm so i'm going to have to get my user game in between 8:30 and 11pm if thats ok.

yea ive been doing video game interviews for about 8 years now.

so boondock emailed me, said he wouldnt be ready till 7pm. I can play now at 5:30pm but hes still in class. Looks like we wont get the game iin until 9pm 9:30pm guys. Sorry itll be right before the 11pm cut off. Is everyone okay with that?

I do it to a couple of players each year...notice my stud DT Little Stevie Emntman JR...he is a beast...just like his DC Daddy....

I will try to be on to play...with us doing off season and me leaving for Phoenix tomorrow, I will be spending some time with wife and kids, so i will have to see availability...if you have to set me to auto to play that is cool..

looks like im no longer going to cover the 2k event...so ill be able to get my game in at 7pm. damn i wanted the game early too
