i saw that Mydas and South Carolina won 41-0 against LSU...

Mydas did you play the new user? Or was that against the computer? I asked earlier if anyone had heard from the new user

I may have a guy who plays at least once a day, and I can see if he will be active on the boards. To see about filling this SEC slot...

LSU did you talk to Ax? I think he messaged you yesterday bc we hadnt heard from you on the boards and we were all wondering if you would be able to keep up with our Break Neck pace.

The results can always be thrown out so you can play Mydas...but thats up to the commish and the rest of the dynasty

Yea he msg me and I got right on and posted on the boards. I posted on the conference part of the forum yesterday. And I have played ALL my games on time. I don't see how I got put on autopilot and no one contacted me about playing or anything

Im sure he will throw those results out so you guys can play now that you have come on here. I don't know why you were put on auto either..

just an fyi LSU...id just ignore the other parts of the forum...ppl spend most of their time in weekly discussion. I mean dont get me wrong...the fanatics post their recruiting round ups...but most of the scheduling and chatter happens on the weekly discussion...maybe thats why ppl didnt see your post. and as far as break neck...we go feverishly which is what i love about this OD...i think we got through last season in a week and a half...always 24 hour advances, sometimes quicker

Sup man, welcome.

We're a tight knit community here, there's only one member who doesn't post on the boards frequently. The activity of our forum is what keeps this dynasty alive that I don't believe it would be humanly possible to have one with another 11 users that could advance half as fast as we do. If you can't play a game every 18-24 hours you'll be victim of a simmed result... unless you can communicate with us on here that you need an extension.

The more you post, the more we get to know you... the more leaniance you'll get. Activity is neccesary.

As for why you were on auto - Ax told all of us we had a new member and he would have you on autopilot until you communicated with us. I'm thinking that the Mydas game was played before you'd posted on here, but Ax will throw the result of the game out so it can be played tonight. Mydas is usually on between 9PM-12AM Eastern time, not sure on Fridays so it might need to be a Saturday game.

In terms of rules around here - the sliders are tough so trying to run up the score is almost impossible unless you've got a big advantage over the CPU. But, if you happen to go up by 28+ points and you're still throwing for touchdowns, or forcing the ball to the same guy... that's compeltely frowned upon here and you'll have the results thrown out and be warned. We've decided collectively as a group we're goin to keep stats as realistic as possible. Of course in neck and neck games, 45-42 score games... do what you need to but keep realism and what yo actually see on Sautrdays IRL in mind.

In terms of user games - keep it clean. 4th and 2 or more, not past ur 50 1st quarter... punt. Going for it on fourth is something I'm particularily picky about. Teams should be rewarded for stopping an offense on three downs, simply just pounding it in from 4th and 2 when you're on your 40 is just downright cheap. No budging about that one.

We've had to weed through a lot of cheesy players in this community. You won't be the first to be kicked out if you're running the same 3 plays on offense or a cheap option attack that abuses the late pitch glitch (clearly tackling, falling down but lateralling it at the last second etc.)

Other than that we're very laxed around here, far more than other organized ODs. It's hella fun and adictive. If you can keep up with our like Grey said, break neck pace (I like that) then you'll be good to go. Keeps it tight and hopefully see you postin' around.

Tight game throughout. I felt like I should had smoked them, moving the ball well. Two fumbles and 1 INT gave them momentum at first. Finally got a couple of TO's myself.

Coach Beast is the New Head Coach

LSU has announced the New Head Coach for its program. Coach Beast2TLU has taken over for a fallen program. LSU hasn't won a conference title since 2007 and has fallen a little under the radar. Coach Beast promises to bring the Tigers back to prominence.

"This is a great challenge for me and my staff. We are taking over a very prestigous school in the best conference in the nation. LSU has been struggling the past few years and I know we can bring them back to one of the best teams in the nation. This team is very talented and are young in a lot of positions. Winning is not our #1 goal but definately a top priority. We all know that if you don't win, your out. And we definately intend on winning. Recruiting is a must and we want good quality student athletes. We will hit the recruiting trail hard and try to get the best guys in here. This will be a great challenge and I am looking forward to it. Geaux Tigers!!!"



^^^this is what he posted in the coach conferences section, i can say i didnt see it, and im sure nobody else did either.. like a couple guys said, everything pretty much gets said in here, so ignore the other poarts of the forum except for general announcements and the recruiting one... but from the looks of your intro your gonna fit right in, welcome aboard!

AX- I understand what you are saying but I dont feel thats a good enough reason to be put on autopilot. Im pretty sure everyone on here doesn't want their team to get whooped 41-0 w/o them actually playing with their team. And i play him during the regular season plus the SEC championship. Thats still 2 user games. I don't see that as a free shot to the natty. Plus his team is suped up so i feel i should have the fair chance of playing him

And wats up everyone. I play this game alot and like the sim style rules applied. I can keep up with the schedule that you have put into place. Im a pretty chill, laid back kinda guy and really easy to get along with. And I will post on the forums to get to know everyone as well. But i feel that I should get the same opportunity as everyone else

welcome brother.... K or axe made an executive decision.....if you really feel strongly about wanting to play your game...(which I see you do) I think the fairest thing is....in the interest of moving forward(we are fiends as you will find out)....take the lumps just this one time and just pay SC back in the SEC champy....I really wanna move to the next week..I dont wanna speak for anyone else..but if you insist on replaying....we should all vote on it

sounds like a plan i vote no way this new cat shouldnt be getting a 2 user game shot to the nc when everyone else is playing three goat took a loss like a man last year so this new guy should do the same... Just played some dude online that was 90-40 i whipped the shit out of him and he played with the worst kind of cheese i have ever seen it makes the victory even sweeter when they pull that no huddle bullshit all the way down the field and then you user pick them off in the red zone just thought i would let you know its good to be in a sim league where everyone is on the same page
