Florida wins Hickerson's sideline debut


The Florida Gators notched their first victory of the season over rival Tennessee 17 to 10. The Gators start SEC play 1-0 with the victory. The defense played tremendous and the offense was very balanced and protected the ball. The defense allowed only 207 yards of offense, and held the Volunteers to 2 of 9 on 3rd downs. Senior DE Tom Thomas led the way with 8 tackles and 2 sacks. Offensively, junior signal called Jabari Franklin led a very balanced offense. Franklin went 14 of 22 for 197 yards and a touchdown, no interceptions. Juniors Tra Thurman and Eric Holt had 12 carries for 67 yards and 10 carries for 68 yards respectively. Thurman found the endzone once on a toss play. Senior Derrick Whitehead was the top target for Franklin, catching 4 passes for 87 yards and a touchdown. "I'm very proud of the way we fought out there today. It was an intense battle between two teams trying to win the best conference in the nation... those types of games always come down to the final possession or two and this one was no different. It is great to be back," said Hickerson following the victory.

sooo major buzzkill.. my game froze on a screen i have not seen it freeze on before... it went back to the dynasty screen, or started too anyway, ad froze on a screen with the gator in the background.. i really really realy hope it kept my stats... very proud of that game

for what its worth, i have no issue with axe going to any school he likes, regardless of prestige, provided it gets his mojo back. he really has been the straw that stirs this drink. and as of late, his lack of enthusiasm is really taking the juices from my pork.

i dont wanna keep saying the same stuff so titan ya the qb signed n he is decent but its not this year or next im worried about.. its more so 2-3 years from now when these power house schools remove the edge i have now that aint much of one.. once every one gets to 5 n 6 stars ne recruit im ahead on they will be able to talk to the recruit and bash me and remove massive points.. because my pitches are a ton of b+ and im at nd now and they have more a+ as a 3 star school than i do currently at mizzou... thats the issue titan.. goat i appreciate the thought but im not gonna send u some where to take over ur team. im ok man imma ball with this 63 i have playing qb.. LMAO n hope i can get to a decent bowl game n then try to get up to play next year...

ax, i am being 100% straight with you. i really don't care about moving to another school. if this gets you back to your previous degree of enthusiasm, i am all for it. even though its only been a few days, the o/d just hasn't been the same with your lack of joy with the direction of the missouri program. i told you already, i feel a tad bit dirty at lsu. i will happily move on to west virginia or tcu. i'm not just spewing shit here. i will not lose an ounce of enjoyment by going elsewhere.

thats fine. just please make sure i get a W. i realize that my schedule will be fvcked up this year. therefore, if by some chance, i'm in contention for anything at the end of the year, i'll lose a game intentionally.

and honestly, i prefer building a team like tcu up, as opposed to playing with an original 6* team. i am happy with the move.

Nice goat, TCU has always had a soft spot with me, as I took them last year. Really nice team, and your in Texas to recruit can't hurt.
