Sorry guys i needed a place to recap...

Tonight the #6 Texas Longhorns just coming off a close loss to a tough TCU team would face a Kansas team that has been flying under radar and getting little to no respect.. Kansas would go into DKR with a chip on their shoulder ready to prove that they are an elite team despite what all the poles say.. "We arent getting ne respect out there.. we are a one loss team and her have beat some quality opponent but idk the polls just dont believe..I told my guys tonight under the lights we get a chance to show everyone what we can do.. Tonight out goal is to dominate.." From Coach Santana and thats exactly what they did.. DOMINATE... Kansas and thier defense Held the longhorn offense to 7 points..led by the Bernadick candidate at LE Maxwell Onyegbule who had 9 tackles 7 for loss and 4 sacks and a safety.. the defense also account for 4 interceptions of Colt Mccoy.. but as awesome as the defense was the offense kept up Scoring 56 Points.. Kale Cooper is no doubt the leader of this team when he plays well the Jayhawks cant be beat.. He had over 300 yrds throwing in the first half... he would end the game with only 8 incomplete passes..30-38 488 and 6 total td.. 209 of those yards were caught by the Hiesman hopeful Bradley Mcdougald who had 13 rec 209 and 3 td.. "We came out with one goal and i just wanted to the world to see what we can do.. Coach told us if we keep playing hard we will get the respect we lookin for and thats what we did tonight as a team.." Said Kale cooper.. The Jayhawks are red hot and after a 59-14 thrashing of the long horns. With only Mizzou left on the schedule if they can win that game then it would TCU and Kansas for the BIG XII and a Bcs Bid...

lol damn mac he is probably recovering from being high somewhere... next year they should add co commissioner who can basically just advance it.. not change ne of the settings in the game so that way if one person cant get to do it ther is always another person who can...

lol good call on recovering from blunt trauma but my grandmothers very sick and I had to take my turn taking care of her. My aunt spelled me out just now and I just got home with net access. I had internet access to advance last night but no computer access. Sorry about the delay. I'm signing on now to advance and get my recap in CRAAAAAAAAZY game against LSU!!!

Ole Miss Takes Home Magnolia Bowl!

Week Twelve Discussion 83789612
Brandon Bolden topples the LSU Defence all afternoon in the 2009 Magnolia Bowl

Disaster struck the Ole Miss Rebels when senior wide-out and return specialist and one of the Heisman front-runners from the entire season went down with an injury, back spasms - something thats kept Dexter McCluster out of action nearly every game this season.

"It's a reoccuring issue and I don't know what precautions I can take to prevent them. Most of the time it comes from punt returns so I've agreed with Coach Macc to not be returning punts anymore but really it's a tough game and something unavoidable," Dexter said.

Despite going down, Brandon Bolden the teams hard-nosed starting running back took the team on his back and rushed his way to not only his first 1000 yard season but also for a season high 184 yards with a rushing score on a 63 yard play that gave the Rebels a 14-10 lead (their first of the day) in the fourth quarter.

The Tigers came out striking quickly for 10 points in the first quarter shutting out the Rebels O until late in the second quarter when Ray Cotton found junior wide-out Markeith Summers for an 11 yard strike. The third quarter went scoreless for both teams as defensive play dominated all offensive efforts.

Bolden's run sparked the fire underneath the Rebels and they took off running especially after the Tigers immediately drove back down into the Rebels redzone. On an obvious passing down Coach Macc called for a front rush of just two - unusual play for Macc to have called knowing his style but it was All American linebacker Patrick Trahan who came away with a pick and ran it all the way down the field for six.

"Trahan is a monster. The kid does everything you could HOPE from the linebacker position and he's really taken a liking to our defensive system here and had a monster season. His second defensive touchdown of the year and boy it came at a big time. This was truly the best game we played all year and I couldn't be more proud of my boys for sticking in there and getting the job done!" Macc said.

The final score was 28-16 in favour of Ole Miss.

OFFENSIVE STANDOUTS
Ray Cotton 15/27 100 yards 1TD 1INT
Brandon Bolden 27 rushing attempts 184 yards 1 TD
Markeith Summers 1 catch 11 yards 1TD

DEFENSIVE STANDOUTS
SS Derrick Herman 12 tackles 1 TFL
CB Marcus Tillman 6 tackles 2TFL
FS Kendrick Lewis 5 tackles 1TFL 1INT
MLB Patrick Trahan 1 tackle 1INT 1TD
