In what would be an amazing ceremony that would for the first time include two brothers among the leaders in Heisman votes New York had 5 of college footballs biggest players from this past year sitting front row. Michael Tucker the stud sophmore back for TCU, Brandon Bolden Miss' leading rusher, Kansas' big time receiver Bradley McDougald and the Oregon State blood brother tandem of Jacquizz and James Rodgers. It was widely known that one of the Rodgers brothers would bring home the trophy, and the leading candidate up to this week was WR James Rodgers.
After a near 300 yard reception preformance against Oregon, the Heisman Memorial Trophy was awarded to Oregon State's Senior WR - James Rodgers. Jacquizz was the first to congradulate him following Bolden, Tucker and McDougald. James you had a terrific season and we couldn't be happier for you.
