| Bowl Series is heating up and we've got another season almost in the books. Damn you guys are crazy fast.
GOTW
#5 Cincinnati @ #2 Pittsburgh - The Bearcats head to Pittsburgh to find out who will be the 2011 Big East Conference Champion. This is going to be a crazy game and I suspect a crazy out-come. I don't know enough about Coach Shaw to call it but I know Coach Clev is pretty tough. Clevmire has a senior QB whose been on a tear, Zach Collaros whose thrown only FOUR INTs all season. Collaros is at 2295 yards on the season with 27 TD strikes. His favourite target is DJ Woods a Junior WR whose made 52 catches this season for 507 yards with 6TDs. Pittsburgh has a dominant rushing attack in former Heisman winner Dion Lewis who was injury prone last season for the better part of the year. Dion's put up over 1000 yards rushing with 1115 for 16TDs. This will be a great game.
HEISMAN
WR Bradley McDougald KU - 2TDs
RB Matthew Tucker TCU - 23 car 204 yards 2TDs 2 rec 47 yards 2TDs
QB Kale Cooper KU - 16/20 298 yards 5 Total TD
WR Jamie Ivey ILL - 5 rec 93 yards
RB Nate Johnson IOWA - 12 car 198 yards 4TD 4 rec 67 yards 1TD

| TCU gets their QB back and come up victorious against the Aggies.
Tucker had about 168 yards and 2 total TD's
Gallegos threw for two TD's in his first game action in 3 weeks.
Next week is a tough OOC game against Auburn.
TCU looks to be full strength as they get back Sophmore Alan Timmons who has been sidelined with a PCL injury the last 3 weeks.

| Maryland used a 35-7 second half to pull away from upset minded Boston College at Byrd Stadium in College Park on Saturday for a final of 56 to 17. Starting quarterback Jamarr Robinson played his best game as a true game managing quarterback according to coach Hickerson. Robinson went 15 for 28 for 212 yards and 2 touchdowns and 0 interceptions. "They blitzed the heck out of Jamarr all game long and it worked pretty good in the beginning then Jamarr settled in and realized they were trying to guard his receivers with no help and he began to get them the ball real quick and that worked, and then of course when that happened we got a couple big runs out of it, everything goes together in football," said Coach Hickerson after his teams victory. Quarterback in waiting Danny OBrien even got in on the action going 2 for 3 for 34 yards and a touchdown, however he also threw a pick six which turned out to be the only Boston College score of the second half. Torrey Smith continued to add to his record breaking career at Maryland with 5 catches for 59 yards and a touchdown. Junior Kerry Boykins who will be the leader of the receiving core next season had 3 catches for 51 yards and a touchdown. Davin Meggett continued his solid ways with 17 carries for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns on the ground. Backup Caleb Porzel added 42 yards on 5 carries and two touchdowns. Defensively senior Kenny Tate, the leader of the self proclaimed best saftey duo in the nation led the team with 10 tackles, Tate also had a 70 yard interception return for a touchdown early in the game to really get the crowd into it.
On a side note, senior wide out Torrey Smith needs just two more touchdowns in three games(season finally, acc championship, bowl game) to break the Maryland single season touchdown reception record, Torrey also only needs about 280 receiving yards in those three games to break the single season receiving yards mark in Maryland history. Torrey already holds the following records for Maryland receiving: Career Receiving TD's: Torrey currently has 24 Career Receiving Yards: Torrey currently sits at 2941 Career Receptions: Torrey currently sits at 218 Receptions in a season: Torrey set the record at 88 back in 2009, he currently has 72 this season, so he needs 17 more to break his own record.

| Sorry about the restarts fellas I tried playing last night but I was exhausted and couldn't finish. I woke up this morning and call it what you wanna but torrential downpour of SNOW in Mississippi? I wasn't feelin' it. I barely got past LSU 33-29 and it came down to the wire.
LSU turned it on in the 4th quarter early with a passing TD from Russel Shephard to D. Peterson and another to S. Ridley. At times they just couldn't be stopped but other times my defence wouldn't allow them to move the ball. It was really streaky and anytime they moved the ball it was a quick pass where my CB was INVISIBLE I guess and they made two gay cut moves only the CPU can do and they moved the chains. Meh if that's what they need to do to make games interesting - so be it.
Frank Larsen lead the troops all day and with 2:32 on the clock, down by 3 he knew we needed to get it into the endzone because I was sick of going back and forth with them. Larsen hit passes with Tray Talbot, Ferbia Allen, Jesse Grandy and Dave Hoffman to eventually lead to a Brandon Bolden easy 2 yard score on a Wildcat play. This gave the Rebels the 4 point lead and put the ball in the hands of LSU with :26 seconds left. A nightmare kick return almost iced the game but CB Jeremy Thompson made the shoestring tackle at about the 50. Eventually, they got a holding call against them so it wouldn't have counted anyways. TJ Joseph my leading candidate for the Thorpe iced the game in the dying seconds with an INT.
Frank Larsen 17/27 190 yards 1TD 2INTs - Very solid and dependable. Picked up first downs for me on 3rd and 4th and longs with his arm and legs. He's a smaller version of Ray Cotton that isn't as powerful a runner but he's really saved our season this year.
POTG Brandon Bolden 19 carries 114 yards 2TDs 4 receptions 88 yards - Bolden is the center peice for my offence. I'll need to COMPLETELY revamp my rushing O next season and I may end up going with that true freshman because Boldens three years of experience really pay off in the clutch when at times he CANNOT be tackled.
Trey Talbot 4 catches 27 yards 1TD - Despite the small numbers, Trey was clutch today and he makes catches that I've never seen elsewhere in this game. He's prolly my favourite WR I've had the privlidge of playing with and the fact that I recruited him makes an even softer spot in me for him. He will drop passes but I hope his off-season improvements will limit those for his Junior season next year.
DT Shackelford 10 tackles 2TFL - He's the guy I'll control when teams are abusing the RB dump offs or really running the ball well out of the shotgun. He's almost a guarenteed tackle regardless who he's up against.
Derrick Herman 9 tackles 2TFL - Really small but really dependable safety for me. Kids worth his weight in gold. He's my teams leading tackler and a heavy pass rusher off the edge.
