| OMG! One of the most intense games I ever been in... dunno why but Syracuse always gives me run for money... outscored them 33 to 8 in the second half to win 40 to 33... Winnign touchdown scored on a pick 6 as time expired... OMG lol... Coach Hick will be at podium soon after he has a couple beers. | |

| MTSU hosted Syracuse this weekend looking to extract revenge on a Syracuse team that has really had the Blue Raiders number over the first few seasons of Coach Hickersons tenure and this game would start out the same way with Syracuse returning the opening kickoff for six, the rest of the first half didnt change much from that as Syracuse jumped out to a 25 to 7 lead as the teams went to the locker room. The teams came out in the second half and MTSU narrowed the gap, scratching and clawing, with everything they could muster and put up a touchdown and a field goal, with a failed two point conversion. However, Syracuse stopped the momentum midway through the fourth quarter by scoring a touchdown and getting the 2 point conversion to give them a 33 to 16 lead with 5 minutes to play in the game and MTSU would decide to rise up from this point. On the ensuing possession MTSU would drive down field and get a touchdown on a 6 yard strike from logan kilgore to sophomore receiver Stephen Gold to make it 33 to 23, a 10 point game. MTSU would force a 3 and out, which would in turn lead to a touchdown of 15 yards from Kilgore to the freshman receiver Yancey. MTSU onside kick attempt would fail, and there hopes appeared to fade away as they only had 1 time out remaining and Syracuse had the ball up by 3 with about a minute to play. Not so fast my friend, MTSU linebacker Stephen Roberts forces a fumble on Cuse's second play of the drive and MT recovers, needing to go a ways to get in field goal range to tie, due to their kickers very weak leg, but a chance none the less. They convert on this chance gettign to about the 10 yard line and setting up a first and goal, which failed, 2nd and 3rd down came and went, 4th down came up with 15 seconds left, the MTSU kicker steps up and nails the short field goal to presumably force overtime, once again, not so fast my friend. Syracuse gets the ball with like 10 seconds left, takes a shot over middle on first play and comes up incomplete, the second play they attempt a hitch or out, not sure, and senior cornerback Marquise Dixon jumps the route and takes it to the house as time expires to secure the 40-33 win for the Blue Raiders who improve to 3-2 overall and 1-0 in Big East play. " I knew I had 3 deep safety help and a lot of guys would rally to the ball, so I thought if he runs some route I can jump, Ima tryu and jump it, why not? And it all worked out," said Dixon. | |

| ****A Classic***** EA STYLE
Had a bad feeling bout this one.... 1) USC at home 2) USC is 0-2...the computer doesn't like this 3) It's SC man
UW fumble's twice in the red zone -first half 14-14 UW driving for TD, WR makes catch hit and fumble (check out video) -2nd half 24-21 SC....UW driving under 3 min to go to either set up tying FG or winning TD....on first down HB is blasted and fumbles....SC ball.....drive down for TD to take 31-21 lead with 1:30 on the clock...UW is able to add late TD, but onside kick is recovered by the Trojans to seal the game...
*have some video up on the EA site of this amazing SC team, and there ability to make some really special plays...my favorite is the QB blindsided by DE, able to shake him off, turn and spin a perfect pass 20 yards down the field for a TD...
what a fcuking joke.....now i understand all the restart's.... ***FUN FACTS**** USC QB 21-25 306 3 TD 0INT UW RED ZONE 1 for 4 with two fumblesSponsored

| "Holy cow, top 3 craziest game I have ever been a part of. I still can't believe that just happened, hats off to Marquise for that decision to jump the route, hats off to our D coordinator for giving him the freedom to do that, man what a play. What a decision, what a team effort on the comeback. We were down 33 to 16 with less than 5 minutes left, that is impressive if you ask me. Syracuse must hate us, I dunno what we did to them but they bring a hell of an effort every time we play them, I dont like it.*laughs* But seriously, Logan Kilgore, hats off to that kid, he brought this team back from a large hole, defense as a whole, once again, played their ass off as a unit, in the second half, to give Logan a chance to bring us back in this game. It feels good to start off 1-0 in conference play, hopefully this will be a big momentum boost for our conference season, we will use up our bye as much as possible this coming up week.*laughs again* Then we will be ready to host Rutgers and travel to Cinci, it isnt gonna be easy, but reaching the goal of a conference title never is. See yall in two weeks.
Stat lines: Offense: Logan Kilgore: 33 for 55, 482 yards, 3 touchdowns, 0 interceptions Ben Cunnigham and William Pratcher: Combined 16 carries for 75 yards and a touchdown Josh Manning: 11 catches for 128 yards, 1 touchdown Richard Drake: 10 catches for 179 yards Defense: Pat McNeil: 6 tackles, 1 for loss Marquise Dixon: 1 interception return for a touchdown Stephen Roberts, Emanuel Christian, Juno Prudhomn: 1 forced fumble a piece
Injury Update: Backup/Wildcat QB; Zac High Bruised Shoulder 4 weeks

| Gruden...USC was tough on me too. It seemed everytime i got to the redzone, they locked down and picked off bryan bennett. They were touch at home, and everytime i scored they matched me.
Gator...sounds like a huge game. How were you down so much in the first half?

Gator...sounds like a huge game. How were you down so much in the first half? it was a tough one for sure vs SC....you don't have to worry about this dying out, it does have it's peak and valley's at times in terms of conversation on the board...but we have pretty much been going at this pace for 12 months straight, so it's a strong group...

I'll second, third and fourth this. I don't see any reason for us slowing down. If that's the case, I never minded playing with only 7 other users. It seems like when it's full with 12 users every week there's bound to be some reason for the advance delay. I think at the end of this season we'll need to take a look at who can keep up with the pace and who can't because I agree I don't think we should have to cnotinue to wait for the same people. I know that some may think it's rediculous the pace some of us can play (CoolGrey, Titan, Gruden, Ax) but it's the reality of the reason I wanted to start this in the first place. To have a well organized OD that can advance quickly. I probably take this alot more serious than others and I accpet that, but people have to realize what Q4TB is all about. Now let's advance this sum bitch! lol

| I'm all done my game, I'll be able to play the minute I get home at 10:05PM tonight, so that works on my end!
We need to get Ax back as one of the diehards, somebody give his receivers some steroids or something.
Oh and abotu the girlfriend thing, thank GOD I'm not the only one. Fortunately, for alot of you you guys have had ur old lady for awhile. Mines just been two months a couple days ago, she's starting to learn that she places a defenite second in my list of priorities, behind Q4TB. Pathetic but truth.
