| I know Gruden is licking his chops like when The Cowboys have a bye week and the Eagles and Giants have to slug it out. Any loss is good for Gruden | |

| We've got to get some conference hopping or something, because teams having a conference opponent is sort of key in what we've got going on here. But I guess, the big prize is the NC, correct? Everything else does a good job of falling into place.
PS I'm liking the advance schedule lately, I work 40 hour weeks so people might ask me to beg but the last few times I've legit had time to play, a game waiting.

| Nichols name his college
BROOMALL, PA -- Pat Nichols put all the doubts to the side this afternoon, in what was a conference called in the gymnasium of his high school, Marple High to announce where he would play his college career. Nichols is undoubtedly, Rivals.com's #1 ranked quarterback in high schol, a pocket passer whose thrown for over 1,000 yards this season without even having made it to the halfway point in his regular season.
Nichols insists his recruitment race was tight and between perrenial favourites Pittsburgh, South Carolina and Texas in that order. Those were the three hats on the table before he decided the future four years of his career and it would be the Panthers he would pick, becoming the ninth recruit for Pittsburgh this season, second quarterback.
"Of course Jordan Eldridge and the success he's had drew me to stay home and play in my home state. The opportunity to be apart of the Pitt program and the situation I'm in with Jordan undoubtedly going to the pros next season and to be I guess you could say the same style of quarterback, the transition will be easy," Nichols said about his decision.
Coach Macc, on the other hand is thrilled to have a five star recruit fill the void of his starting quarterback the past two years in Junior College transfer, Jordan Eldridge.
Where the picture gets interesting, is the heavy recruitment of a third quarterback in other junior college transfer, Pennsylvania native J.J Collins, a scrambling quarterback with a tremendous size and upside and an undeniable understanding of the game.
"I know that J.J will most likely end up at Pittsburgh. I think he'll be put to the test immediately, I mean the way the juco transfer worked for Jordan and the Pittsburgh coaching staff, it's too hard to pass up on such a great quarterback like J.J and the ability to get a player who can take over immediately, without much of the offence losing their stride... I'll sit on the sideline with my redshirt soaking it all in and waiting for my time to shine," Nichols also quotes.
Pittsburgh has received commitments from eight other players, including a neccesary safety in Drew Randle and big additions on the defensive line, DE Jordan Wyatt and DE Willie Jones. Two additons to the receiving corps will be WR Allen Cox and WR Darren Thomas. Cox, a very tall lankly possession receiver and Thomas your typical speed receiver with good hands.

| i got reaaaaaaaaaaal lucky last play of OT
Final
Oregon 27 Arizona 24
Bucc killed me on the option QB Denard Robinson runs. I was down 21-10 going into the half. I scored on a Bryan Bennett long option run. Then took the lead on a wildcat Seamonster run up the middle. With 1:41 on the clock, Bucc drove all the way down and with 5 seconds left was on the Goal line. He lobbed it and i almost picked it off. He was forced to kick the FG send it into OT. In OT i ran it in w Bennett but was called for holding. I kicked a iced FG. And the game ended on a Option Read int....Crazy good game.

| yea awesome game.
Cant believe that last freaking play, I ran that play several times, and not once did your CB play the pitch like that , and bam in OT he makes a superman play...after looking at it, Your OLB blitzed inside, if I would had handed the ball off to the RB, I was in for 6...so disappointing
Good game | |

| Bucc i was sure you were going for the win with 2 seconds left. Or option run it in with Mills in Regulation. I thought i was done for sure when you had it at the goal line. | |

| Yea that was a tough choice for sure, but to give up a lead like I did, I had to at least take it into OT...
I am usually a pretty conservative player, and it showed there as well

| When you scored on me easily on your first drive, i thought it was going to be a shootout for sure. And your real good with the User Pick...you baited me twice...with circling Erno and then stepping in front. I got really uptight and i felt like i couldnt pass. Your def is incredible. | |
