PostSubject: 2016 Week 10 Discussion   2016 Week 10 Discussion EmptyTue 23 Nov 2010, 9:48 pm

We are getting closer to the end of the season.. woud be nice to get ther by sunday everyone should be free sunday night.. but with thanksgiving who knows how it will play out.. but back to the Season

This week there is yet another Big user match up.. The Arizona State Sun Devils are struggling mightly this season but have a chance to make a major statement here by beating the Penn State Nittney Lions.. Coach 9's have those boys in pa balling as they are 7-0 and sitting at number 2 in the bcs.. A win here would put them one step closer to that destiny.. I love to root for the underdog but they dont stand a chance.. Penn State walks away with this one in a hard fought contest in the first half but the ASU offense will stall and penn state pulls away in the second half..

Bcs Rankings Update..

1)Oregon
2)Penn State
3)Iowa
4)Pittsburg
5) Missouri
6)Texas A&M
7)Florida State
Cool North Carolina
9)South Carolina

a one loss team i think has no shot.. it would be a miracle to see that happen...

Im hoping we can get a quick week in! Bc if we can get a late night advance...Ax are you free to play late?

Just a reminder, i'm going to be away Thursday, Friday coming back Saturday afternoon from Michigan. Gotta do Thanksgiving with family out there. Also i think Gator said he's unavailable also, but Thur, Fri, Sat, coming back sunday. So it's going to be hard to get through end of season before Thursday.

I'm going to be playing my game at 530pm eastern after work!! I already recruited. I'm building up my offensive line. Ball control offense gentlemen!

Ax did any of your players get hurt for our game? lol

Ax can you text Gator so those two can get their game in before 3pm? That would be a big hurdle to clear in an advance if we can get the two users together sooner rather than later!

i just realized that i have no user games. of course, this is due to me joining up week 4. therefore, i really shouldn't be eligible to go to the natty. i know it would take alot of help for me to get there. but it is possible. my idea is, that i somehow lose this weeks game to indiana. i would still like to have a chance to win the conference (although cok will probably bitchslap me in the acc title game). does this sound like a reasonable solution?

I don't think you need to throw a game...to win a NC I assume you would still have to win ACC Champ game vs Coke/FSU and then a user in a NC game which seems legit to me?

btw anyone see Lebrons face after last nights game against the Pacers? After they got blown out and Wade went 1-13 from the field. Just makes me wanna send LeCon James a DVD of his little big 3 miami intro, where there was smoke and fireworks and bosh had his arms wrapped around his neck...8-6...cant wait for them to fail and start pointing fingers

Commitment Week in Pittsburgh!

The Panthers signed their 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th 11th 12th recruits, PantherNation reports. Among them, highly touted 5star WR Evan White (6'3" 185.lbs Brick Township NJ) 5star G Brian Johnson (6'0 305.lbs Buena Vista MI) who both are among the countries most promising at each of their positions.

Evan White finalizes what could go down as one of the best recruiting classes in recent memory, Macc hauled in three of the top 5 in the nation. White will fight with playing time along with fellow incoming freshmen Dre Drew and Mike Johnson. The three five stars certianly add depth to the receiving corps that's certain to give the Panthers an edge in the passing game, each with a unique skillset they bring to the field.

Evan White, the fastest of the three records a 4.38 40 time, 277 max bench, 310 squat and maintains a 3.2 core GPA. His college ready size makes him tough to see on the bench. Great quickness off the line, terrific ability to jump and make catches over defenders. Good hands at this point, but he's a conditioning freak that would be able to play all three downs on long tiresom drives and still have enough gas in the tank to get it done.

Brian Johnson may be among the quickest and meanest off of the Oline. He looks like a weight room freak and he lifts like one too. Johnson is the type to go out and make the huge block creating a gaping hole in the defense, and he could have the ability to do it immediately. He excells in all areas of the game, the only thing keeping him on the bench at this point is his suspect gas task that tires out fast. If he can improve his stamina, he will be an amazing offensive lineman for the Panthers.

The Panthers also picked up commitments from the first three defensive backs of the season. At the peak in terms of ability to play immediately, SS Andrew Washington looks like a rocked up monster middle linebacker. He's lean in stature but strong. He has 4.5 speed and hits like a middle linebacker. Better at bump n run man coverage, he can sit back in zones. He has the wheels to get to balls and make a play. Andrew transfers over from Oak Ridge (Fl.) JC where he played for two seasons. He will come in with junior eligibility.

FS Rob Glover brings an immpressive 5'11 196lbs frame that has earned him the nicknamed the headhunter in high school. Defenitely not ready to play in college, Glover probably expects this but depending on how hard he works and if he makes the most of his oportuntiy, he could be a very well conditioned, coverage safety in his junior or senior season.

CB Rajeh Campbell is another junior college transfer coming from Gilroy (Ca.) JC where he excelled as a two way star. An expected cornerback, Campbell has the jets to play in this league immediately and the man coverage skills to lockdown even the better Big East receivers. He recognizes the play qickly and can be a menace if you throw the ball his way.

The recruiting class is as 12 and Coach Macc quotes "you can expect a few more soon," referring to soft commitments from 5star RB James Harris who had an "amazing time" during his week five visit, local C Ryan Ward, and ATH Tim Haas out of New York.

The Panthers host Louisville this week and go on the road into Murfeesboro and then to Texas A&M which has allready been claimed the ESPN Week12 Game of the Week.

Marcus Eldridge goes into the game 4th in the nation passing yardage (2721)

Jacob Lee's exploded of late, now at 6th in the nation rushing yardage (892)

Dwayne Graham leads the country in tackles (40)
