Can't wait to get this season underway!!! Are we starting week 1 tonight?

7pm eastern should be the standard for offseason time... this is great i can still get a game in and i work at 6am 2moro.

I agree much easier to track for everyone and make sure no one goes over....plus as a user an easy number to remember....

aw shit i got mizzou week 2!!!! that is a HUGE definiting moment for the franchise if they can just make that a game...then a bye then oregon, could be a rough start t othe season, but if it goes good it could provide HUGE momentum going throug the rest of the season.

USF opens strong winning 41-3 over Colorado

This game was a hard hitting affair, but only for the USF side. Forcing 5 fumbles all on Big Hits, the tide turned early in favor for the Bulls. This defense is more athletic, and flies around than previous versions. Something Coach Phillips preaches to the defense.

The surprise of the game was the first year starters on offense. True Freshman QB Pettit, HB Peters who has waited his turn and now is a SR, and True Frosh WR Jake Burton

All in all a strong opening game. Now the friendly confines of Raymond James Stadium is alot different than the Big House is gonna be. Gonna be interested in how the young QB will handle it. I have usually choose faster qb's in the past, but having this pocket passes, wow is there a difference.

LSU shows up big in opening game winning 70-0

The LSU Tigers travel to Northern Illinois University and brought the whips and chains with them. They beat the Huskies up and down their own their turf tallying up 690 yards of total offense. Rushing for 408 yards and passing for 282. The Tigers have to try a different style with a terrible offensive line. "We have to play to our strengths and our offensive line is not one of them. We have to play good defense and do things that will not put our line in bad situations. I wasn't impressed with my team today. We have to get better if we plan to compete in the SEC." Coach Beast said after the game.

The Tigers got big play from their All American qb Adam Palmer and All American rb Chance Williams.

#10 Penn State started the Farewell Coach 9's tour in style, defeating UCONN at Rentschler Field, 49-14. RS-JR QB Matt Deangelis completed 52% of his passes for 245yds and 2TDs. SR HB Ben Bower steamed for 233yds and 3 TDs, averaging 10.5 a carry. Backup Senior HB Courtney Smith added 2 rushing TDs of his own. RS-SO WR Sean Robinson, made his claim as PSU's new #1 target, as he hauled in 7 receptions for 123yds and 1TD. Former QB and new WR Ahmaad Wilson caught 5 passes for 90 yards and a score of his own. It was a rainy day and a couple drops kept Deangelis from having an even bigger day.
