| How often do you get number 1 vs number 2?! Well you got it this week.. and its gonna be a barn burner as we have a brother bowl to end 2 teams regular season.. Missouri is coming to South Carolina.. the Game day crew is in the building as the battle of brothers commences!
Thats not the only big game on tap.. so far washington is 1-1 thru its gaunlet but no taks is bigger than taking down a FLorida State team whose offense is on fire.. Lead by head coach cookan who has the Nole winning quietly in the acc and who is also eying a spot at the nc has he has gone undefeated but has 2 major test left to determine the fate of his season.. THIS IS A week that will def put at least one team for sure into the national championship game!!

I guess the same arguement could've been made when Cokan wasn't allowed to take a 5 star team, weren't u the one that said he's not allowed any team but a 4*, Ax? lol You can stay put in mizzou and keep racking up 20 5stars a year lol. We'll need to accomodate around you. So far, the only people who have expressed interest in moving are - Me, Grey and possibly Titan. With the addition of Jesse into the OD, we could - - Close up Big 12 with a team opposite to AXMUDERAHH. - Open the Big 10 for the remaining two. - Pac 10 is full, with three well-built teams. Grey's move would only be neccesary if he really wanted to and found a jbo that interested him. Ax whats the BCS poll this week, if Arizona's still ranked higher I'm gonna blow a gasket. I'll play my game, I'm takin my old lady to a movie tonight an then out drinkin a couple with the boys. I'll get it in when I get home tonight, late.

| cookans move wasnt for balanace.. he just wanted out so that is just a regular move he had to abide by the regular transfer rules.. u leaving the big east due too softness is a regular transfer.. me leaving mizzou is cause im alone in the big xii and no one wants that so its not by choice its by force ya dig? | |

GG Scott...Scott is a superior play to me.......FSU jumps out to a solid 21-7 lead in the first half...was really running the ball well, and then hitting WR on wheel routes that were wide open....I was lucky to get a late drive and scored a TD with 0:01 on the half to cut lead 21-14 heading into half to give glimmer of hope...was lucky to be that close... this is were it get's tough...take the opening kickoff...on my first play seem to catch FSU in a coverage mistake and have my 94 rated top WR open down the sideline...the ball literal hit him in the hands as he turned into a spaze and the ball falls to the ground...ugh, not a good sign...later on in the drive i have a wide open hb out of the back field and pass is so off flying high over his head, it's amazing how far off it was....and falls into FSU LB hand...FSU scores quick...I take the KO and fumble setting up another TD to essentially end the game...what was close 21-14 game is suddenly a 42-14 route...FSU could have put on another 35 points if they wanted to...falling down on a INT that was a sure INT for a TD..and sitting down late...thanks for being a cool player....what a poor performance...big stat FSU 0 TO UW 7 ouch...hey K can you do me a favor and not schedule FSU anymore, thanks.

| Pitt survived a near scared in DABURGH.
In the first quarter, true freshman starting QB Marcus Eldridge was sent out of the game with a shoulder injury that won't require him to miss any more time. The offence looked very lacsidasical and did not move the ball well, junior QB JJ Collins the option specialist could not give the Panthers the spark that the seconjd member of the Eldridge family to QB at Pitt has given them all year. Despite his tremendous knowledge of the sport and position, Collins proved why Coach Macc has kept him on the bench all year - inconsistency.
Down by 14 in the 4th quarter, the Panthers had their backs against the wall, WVU attempting to go up by 21 three seperate times in the Panthers redzone, but intercpeitons by FS Preston East LB Ben Davis and SS Adrian Rice kept them alive.
At that point, Coach Macc and the Panthers rode on Reggie Hall's back the entire second half as he punished through the WVU defence and punched his way into the endzone to bring it within 7, to tie the game with 21 seconds in the 4th remaining and after a big stop and not allowing any points in the first overtime period... Hall's number was called on a sweep left that catapulted him up the corner, past defenders, leaping into the corner of the endzone just getting his body inside the pilon.
Have to say, toughest comeback I've ever had against a CPU. WVU came out HARD this year and brought me a game in my OWN BACK YARD.
I reluctantly admit, this OT win probably seals my fate and doesn't let me into the big dance. I'm hoping the Mizzou/S. Car game really shakes things up. I'm off to work til 8 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if we advance let me know the status of the BCS standings!! Thanks peeeace.

| Chris, question for you, since your a duck fan...
wondering if you keep up with Masoli at Ole Miss any... and i just looked at his stats, and they arent terrible, btu definitely arent that great, and i never really watched him at oregon too much, but heard so much abotu him, how good he was, and all this... do you think this shows the SEC defenses are just a lot better than pac 10 defenses(yes i am biased) or do you think it has more to do with masoli not beign in oxford long enough to know the system well enough yet? or do yoju think ole miss just doesnt have that many playmakers around him?

Masoli is a very tough competitor and with the game on line there aren't many other QB I would want leading a drive....he's a "gamer" will run you over for a first down (see his Holiday Bowl run over Oklahoma State), complete a big pass etc....but he has issues....while he has a strong arm it can be pretty erratic at times, and doesn't throw the best deep ball...another issue is he is only about 5"10 so he get's ball knocked down at line of scrimmage to often, and I don't think he can see the field very well...it regards to his success vs PAC 10 or SEC D I think it's a couple of things...1)He joined OLE Miss in Fall camp, and had to learn a new system in just a few weeks 2)The offensive talent around him is not as good as it was at Oregon LaMichael James/Laggertte Blount make a big difference, throw in Ed Dickson (now a back up TE for the Ravens) and Chip Kelly system is a part of the reason he had better numbers at Oregon. SEC D are very good, and I notice the biggest difference up front, the 4 down line on AVG seem bigger and faster then the PAC 10....Still think PAC can compete with SEC D...you saw Oregon roll Tennessee this year so it's not that much different.

| Tennessee is pretty bad though.... they have NO depth, and they did compete for a half, no depth led to BLOWOUT in the second half....
not taking anything away from oregon, i think they are extremely good... but think if they played and SEC team every week, they would lose a couple.

You may be right, I do feel like SEC fan inflates the value of teams/talents...There are some pretty avg teams in the Conf and feel like the top teams in the Conf from the PAC 10 are just as good if not better to the SEC top teams...I would put SC/Stanford/Oregon up against any team in the SEC and feel pretty confident....I would love to see the Ducks get a chance vs either Auburn or LSU this year?

You may think Tennessee is pretty bad, but they should have beaten one of your top ranked teams LSU at LSU early this year? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3taXPSpx9Q

| yea, you have a point... LSU's offense is pretty bad too though, they have one of the best defenses in the country though... and by far the LUCKIEST coach in the history of college football...
the SEC is very very balanced this year... more so than any other year I can remember....
