Okay, I understand and respect your opinions. But against Ax, I've made key key key mistakes when I rush my offense and let him no the field any second longer than he needs to be. Next time I'll manually run the clock down and make him wait the extra time I guess.

This is good news. The OLB is a need. I had 3 transfers last year, that will start for me this year probably. One is a FS with 96 on speed. Happy bout patrolling the field with him.

Ben Bower is coming back for his Senior campaign!....as for the running down the clock issue or non issue....not a big deal...but this is how i feel about it...if we played more than 7 minute quarters i could understand it.....I think its unfair to run down clock with only 7 minutes quarters...only in the 4th quarter is it acceptable...I try to get my play in as soon as possible.....because one possesion can take up a whole quarter if you really wanna be a dick about it....and that is extremely unfair IMO...if you feel thats the only way you can win....god bless

taking it a step further...i would say even draining the clock manually with 7 min quarters is kind of cheap, bc i agree you can take up an entire quarter with one drive if you really played like that. Especially if you have a really good team, like you did macc. Not trying to single you out, but in this particular instance, Pitt is a beast of a team, and chewing the clock all game is not a fun user experience in my opinion. i think 4th quarter is ok...but to start in the 2nd quarter is alittle tough. Successfully running the ball can drain the clock naturally without using the play clock as a crutch. Just my opinion

Everyones been beating a dead horse. jesse's comment was just downright ignorant "only way you can win, god bless" it's not the only way I can win. But I bet if you played Ax 10 times you'd be lucky to get one w. Like I said, next time I'll manually drain the clock making both myself and my opponent wait that much longer unnessecarily.
