Jackets Sting Wolverines Early and Often

Ann Arbor, Michigan-The Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket traveled to the Big House to take on the Wolverines in the season opener. The expectations are high for both teams and neither won wanted to start off with a loss, much less a big loss. That didn't work out so well for the Men of Blue. The Yellow Jackets dominated them in every phase of the game from start to finish with the exception of one drive in the fourth quarter. Michigan won the coin toss but that was the only positive for the Wolverines. After receiving the ball Michigan promptly throw an interception to set up the Jackets first touchdown of many. The Jackets option attack ran for 428 yards on 60 carries and completes 100% of their passes. They were a perfect 9-9 on third down including a 3-and-24 from inside their own 10-yard line. The only drive that did not end in a TD was the last drive of the game when Nesbitt took a knee to run out the clock. With all this talk about the offense you would think the defense never took the field, but they did occasionally, and when they did they too were spectacular. In the first half the Georgia Tech defense held Michigan to -8 total yards. For the game they only gave up 139 yards and -9 on the ground. All in all it was the kind of start Paul Johnson dreamed of. When we caught up to Paul after the game he said this, "We played outstanding, but we can't get a big head. To never get stopped in a game that's not gonna happen again, ever. I had my doubts about how ready we were for the season but not anymore. We have a huge conference game coming up on Thursday night against Clemson so that is our focus now." As Coach Johnson said they will need to put this 70-6 beating of Michigan behind them as they have bigger fish to fry, namely an ACC Championship. Their run for that championship beings Thursday night with the home opener.

yeah but to be truth ful this year the heisman is going to Gerhart. it will be close between gerhart, dwyer, and Mcclustter in my opinion i hope im wrong but i dount it

This totally sucks. For some ungodly reason, I can't get into the dynasty. It keeps telling me to restart. Guess what happens when i restart? Thats right, it tells me to restart. I've PM'd Mac, and he's gonna resend my invite as soon as he is able to get to the PS3. Do I even have a game week 1? I can't even view the dynasty.
