| Love the recruiting reports!!!!! Makes our OD seem that much more realistic. Sick twist Gruden, as usual.
Titan looks like you had a dog fight with Ax! You've developed in leaps and bound the past two seasons, believe it bro! Sounds like w2 was a hellofa game and should be a complete moral victory for you. KLeep it up dude.
I'll play mine at 1130am after I get off work.

| So what are we to do about these sliders. Goat getting ripped a new one, 90 OVR backs running for 400 yards on less than 20 carries... I'm all for the challenge but that's just down right sick and twisted. I would say bump the CPU Run Ability down 10 points. Leave everything else, I like the challenge they give on defense and agree that this set doesn't ALLOW you to run up the score EVERY game (maybe some, but that I'm willing to deal with). But the ability averaage backs have to run on 9 year built programs is wayyy too efficient. | |

| I personally never have problems with a CPU running. But I am for whatever. the numbers were ridiculous on Mydas, but what gameplan was he using? I use Conservative big hit and strip against CPU and seem to hold them to realistic numbers. Sure they break some here and there, but they don't go off either.
I will play my game against that pesky squad from Arizona. I owe them one. Plus I really need this win. With Pitt on the horizon I need to get ranked again lol

| ***Recruiting Update***
4* G George Richards an ESPNU 150 signs with the Bulls. The nephew of All-American SMU & UCLA Offensive lineman from the 1980's has pledged his talents to South Florida.
His Uncle David Richards was in the midst of the SMU recruiting death penalty, when he was given a free transfer because of the allegations. Richards chose UCLA to pursue his NFL dream. Finally he landed with the San Diego Chargers, Atlanta Falcons, Detroit Lions, and New England. "I am thrilled for George, USF is a program on the rise, and you can't beat the campus and weather in a professional city such as Tampa. He has got great ability, and if he works hard, may make it into the league"
Coach Phillips is excited as this is the first ESPNU150 Lineman that has signed to USF under his tenure.

| Oregon flexes muscle in win over Washington State
Final Score
Oregon 87 Washington State 13
They really should kick Washington St out of the Pac-10...Wheres Utah and Boise State! Wish they did conference movement online...they need to add that next year.
Anyway this was a tune up game for the Payback game with Arizona St @Oregon. The Ducks lost a close one last year and will be fired up this time around.
True Freshman Phenom QB Sam Ross Gordon continued his strong play by passing 22-34, 393 yards, and 6 TDs. Aerilius Williams ran for over a 100 yards and 4 Total TDs

| and i havent had any rushing issues either, i have been in the top 5 in rush defense every year. it really helps to set tackling and hard hits on conservative, and do lots of gang tackling. if you have it set to aggressive and the cpu hb is in the 90s expect crazy broken tackles | |

| I normally don't have a problem with stopping the run. Game plan at first was aggressive tackle for one drive. It took him one run to change my mind. I went conservative tackle all game. No luck with that either. 4-3, 3-4, 5-2, blitz, man, zone, show blitz, play with Dt, play with lb, walk safety up.....nothing mattered.
400+ yards on 19 carries is not realistic. It's dumb. He had one play where he was completely draped with USCe defenders and still manger to break 4 tackles at the same time and have the speed to out run my 99 speed aa corner.
Does that not seem weird to anyone?

I think you are missing the point. The question is should a 400 yard game by the CPU, against a d like mine, even be possible. Clearly something needs tweaking because the play of rbs in this dynasty can sometimes be ridiculous. I appreciate a tough game, but that was beyond stupid.

I appreciate a tough game, but that was beyond stupid. i have been sodomized by a rb, or two..... or ten. i really don't know what the answer is. as gruden stated a while back, sometimes the cpu just blantently fvcking cheats in order to make the game somewhat competitive. the end result (score) may be reasonable, but how things actually went down, can be totally fvcked up. i'm usually able to run the ball fairly well. however, it does get a tad frustrating to watch even lower rated cpu rb's break at least the first tackle every time. i mean, its almost a given. yet, if my rb breaks more than two tackles a game, i should be awarded some sort of ps3 achievement. maybe its like a casserole. it looks good when its finished. but if you watched it being made, you might be like, wtf?

| my team is complete garbage and I dont have an overly huge problem stoppign the run, i mean yes people go for 150 or so on me sometimes... but i have NEVER had a guy run for 400.... so like i said, if this is the only time it has happened to you... again, i say chalk it us as one of those days and move on to the next game | |

| you still won...no harm done.....like I said...I play the same team and RB later this season....it's not fair to change anything midseason.....lets just chalk it up to a bad tackling day, until furthur evidence presents itself...and how come any time a cpu team does something nice..its cheating...if you broke all those tackles with your RB..would you think you were cheating the cpu?? This is just a question....we are talking here

| I think this problem can be solved quick and simple. Bump Human Rush D from 20 to 25. I don't want it to be easy because now it's actually challenging to play tough CPU opponents, which is what I want. I don't expect to be able to tackle a 90OVR everytime, but the ability they have to break four or five tackles on one plays is rediculous. I think they'll still break a few big ones, but User Rush D at 20 just looks odd to me.
With that being said, can we agree to move User FG Power up? It almost makes me just want to go for it on 4th and over their 45 because the ONLY time I can hit a kick over 45 with my 99PWR kicker is if there's a 8mph wind behind me.
