Chris and I are brainstorming about how we can properly decide who should get the first pick to change teams. I'll waive the 2 team per year rule to shake things up since we're allready in year 5 (you JUNKIES!)

Chris developed a great idea in having our own "Coaches Poll" here at Q4TB. We have 10 users currently (I think?) Not sure what happened to Carlin...

OLE MISS
KANSAS
TCU
MARYLAND
NORTH CAROLINA
IOWA
AUBURN
ILLINOIS
CINCINNATI
OREGON STATE

...are our teams. We have spots open in the Big East and the Pac 10 right now.

I like the system we have with the ability for Buc and Ax to advance if and when I'm not around. I tend to dissapear and hibernate sometimes when real life gets wild, especially towards the summer so that works for me. I'm thinking keep it the way it is so that we can have 5 conferences, 2 users per conf.

But right now we have 6 conferences, 2 with just one user. Chris has shown interest in changing schools and while I really like my team at Ole Miss I wouldn't be super opposed to switching conferences so that we can keep things more organized. (Although I'd miss Marc Payne terribly!) But I guess this would be the year to do it because I would be SERIOUSLY rebuilding a large portion of my team following this year so I wouldn't be too hard pressed.

What I need from you is to Private Message me (so nobody gets offended) who you feel has done the best job with their coaching job here at Q4TB.

Keep in mind

- National Championship Winners (Iowa x2, TCU and North Carolina/Cinci)
- Bowl Wins
- Recruiting Classes
- General Game Play (Close user games you've had with some, how "SIM" you feel they are, how they've taken losses)
- Overall activity around the forums and how much you feel they contribute to the OD.
- 2012 Rankings and Overall Season.

This will take some time looking around the OD but I think it's very important that you help us with this so we can fairly decide who gets to transfer schools.

You MUST leave yourself off of the list. Let your fellow users speak FOR you.

I will devise a grading system. Whoever is somebodies #1 gets 9 points, their #9 gets 1 point. Whoever is somebodies #3 gets 7 points and their #5 gets 5 points. You know? I will tally everybodies rankings up and it will ultimately give us a 2012 USER POLL, ranking which teams gets to transfer schools. If, at the end of this there happens to be a tie... I will make the final decision after talking to a couple users who aren't involved in the deadlock, reviewing records, accomplishments etc.

So please send me a list of your top 9 of the OD, keep in mind all aspects of the OD and you will NOT need to explain your list. I need them as quick as possible so I can do the math and have the list ready to see who gets first pick. From there, with one coach gone, there will be TWO conferences for the next user to pick from. Or he can go down the list to whoever follows him and see if somebodies interested in a trade.

GET THIS DONE ASAP PLZ!
